PROJECT: BIRTHDAY HAT 1) Draw, cut and tape-glue-staple the pieces to form the birthday cake 2) Cut candles 3) Cut a long strip of paper about 2 inches wide and 2 feet long. If your paper is short, staple or tape several pieces together to form a long strip 4) Staple the cake to the middle of the long strip of paper. 5) Measure the cake/strip to fit an individual head.
