Jin Woo receives a hanbok to wear on his first birthday.
Hanboks are made with rich vibrant colors. In Korean culture, a baby is dressed in their hanbok on their first birthday. A long time ago, hanboks were worn all the time. But now, hanboks are worn for special events, holidays (Lunar New Year) and weddings.

- Each student at random, chose a different stuffed animal-character to adopt.
- Every student kept a journal/diary of how they spent their 24 hours with their “adopted child” , with responsibility for it’s safety and welfare.
- Some students even created clothes and accessories for their children, making each very special and amazing.
