This can be a very moving and emotional lesson for the students. Sharing an experience of someone they have lost in their lives. It can be a relative, friend, pet, or a loved one they have never seen. Tears will be shed and empathy freely given and understood.
Procedure:
- Read WHERE IS GRANDPA? to the class
- Discussion followed.
Students were asked to think of a loved one they have lost. - Write at least 7 things they remember about the loved one.
